Consult Follow-up

• You will be given a follow up email address for questions and clarifications.

• Emails are gone over weekly, and are not intended for emergency purposes.

• Please be mindful and methodic with your emails.  Please, include all questions you need answered in one email.  

• If you have an EMERGENCY please do what is appropriate for your situation:

  • Call 911

  • Go to the Emergency Room

  • Call your General Practioner or Specialist

• Text Dr. Nicole for non-life threatening issues - Additional fees may apply. Dr. Nicole will go over pricing if this option is needed.

• Follow-up appointments can be made, and everyone follows a different schedule according to their needs. You and Dr. Nicole will establish the need and frequency for follow up appointments.

• We now have a 15 Minute Follow-up!
